Update: i can’t tell a difference in gains from my previous protein powder. I might just use this stuff. Besides, the dogs like it.
This Pedigree brand has been a great solution. My dogs love it, they don’t over eat, it has quality ingredients, and a super reasonable price. The best way to tell if your dog is getting the right nutrition is the output of waste. If they have large amounts of stool, their bodies aren’t absorbing enough nutrients, which largely aren’t there in many commercial dog foods. If the food is full of filler ingredients, you’ll get large stools and large amounts—like needing to potty 2-3x as often as normal.
I’m extremely picky about what my dogs eat, and this one isn’t full of fillers and additives. I’m very satisfied with Pedigree, and so are my dogs. Added bonus: $3 less than WallyWorld, and free delivery with Prime! Winner winner steak and vegetable dinner!
